To celebrate its commitment to health and wellness, RPTC is excited to invite the community to its Wellbeing Expo on Saturday, 19 October. This event promises a day of inspiration, featuring expert-led talks on topics such as The Five Ways to Wellbeing, The Red Pill or the Blue Pill? - Wellness in a World of Too Many Choices, and Resilience: Your Superpower for Life’s Ups and Downs. Visitors can also participate in popular classes like Hot Yoga, Pilates, SOMA Breathwork, and Mindfulness Art.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the chance to engage with centre specialists, win fantastic spot prizes, and collect goodie bags—all while supporting the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.
