As a housekeeper at Aro Ha you will be part of a small team providing high standards of housekeeping during our retreats at Aro Ha Wellness Retreat.  

Position Overview:

We are seeking a quality Barista  / Café all rounder to serve our Coffee loving locals and International Visitors.  This position has an immediate start, and will include full shifts , including weekends.  For the right person, this can become a full time position.
Must have at least 1 year experience as a barista, a 2 day coffee making course will not be sufficient.  Making great coffee takes time and practice making 1000's of coffees.  
Must have work visa or residency
Must be able to work under pressure and at speed when those lunchtime rushes hit.
Help with functions, food prep and day to day cafe duties
Applicants must be relaxed and cruisy, with a quality sense of humor.

We are 'all things bees and honey under one roof' - we are a bustling tourism destination comprising one of NZ's largest honey shops with a Cafe, Bar / Cellar Door.  We run daily tours taking peope BeeKeeping and Honey Spinning etc.  We also offer Honey Mead, Gin and Wine Tastings, and have a huge graden bar, kids play area plus horses, sheep and goats onsite.  It's not your typical Cafe!
We have an amazing small team that enjoy a heap of fun while working, with everyone expected to tackle everything.....from serving wines & beers, selling honey, serving customers, cleaning tables, dishes etc. Alongside our Cafe we run an amazing Honey Shop, a Cellar Door / Bar, operate functions, we have a live bee hive in our shop, and run daily tours & experiences including Honey Spinning + Be-a-Beekeeper and Craft Making. ie. there is whole lot going on compared to your normal cafe, which will keep you entertained and busy
